Not to beat a dead horse, but when I try to launch through the Itch launcher the Winter Wolves splash screen shows up for a split second before insta-crashing back to desktop. Currently running on Windows 10 OS. Any ideas on how we can get this to work?
Eh sadly this is a game I've published 15 years ago with a custom verion of renpy (I didn't code it) so I'm afraid it can't help with this. Last time I tried on Windows 7 was working, but never tried on recent OSes.
It uses a very old Ren'Py version but at least on Windows 7 works fine! I think even Windows 10, probably if you use the itch.io client it works (not sure why but it happened that the .zip download wouldn't work).

You have the download listed as Windows/Mac/Linux, but it only includes the Windows launcher.
Ah yes I'll delete the other two. This was made with a very old/custom version of Ren'Py and the only one working is the Windows one.
